In a town on the brink of bankruptcy, David, a cryptid catcher grappling with daddy issues and armed only with a half-filled crossword and his lesbian best friend, must swiftly track down a crafty cryptid amid growing citizen unrest, leading to a nonsensical, song-filled pursuit where he discovers the true meaning of his mission.
